If you haven't gotten a text or email message it means we many not have your email or mobile phone number, so send us an email with that information.
Browse Packages using the menu:
- Use the ≡ to open the menu for Bids, Favorites, and Categories.
- Favorites - Use the star ☆ to save Packages for later viewing.
- Bids - See Packages that you have bid on already.
- Act Now - Sort Packages quickly by No Bids, Currently Open, and more.
- Use the magnifying glass 🔍or scroll down to search for Packages.
Tap a Package to place a type of bid:
- Bid - Place a single bid at the next increment.
- Bid More - Place a Max Bid. The system will bid in your favor until you are outbid or the auction closes.
NOT COMING TO JAZZMANIA?
You can still bid in the auction! Register to bid online, and we'll assign you a bidder number and send you a personal bidding link.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
If we have your mobile phone number you'll receive text message alerts about items you've bid on, if you've been outbid.
The auction will close between 8:45 and 9:00 on the night of the event, Saturday, October 19. If you're not at the event you'll receive alerts by text message about the exact closing time.
For those at the event, auction check-out begins at 9:15pm. If you've registered your credit card ahead of time, check-out will be super-easy. If not, you can pay by check or credit card at the end of the night and a bid assistant will help you.
If you're bidding remotely, have registered your credit card, and are the winning bidder, your card will be charged and you can make arrangements with the NJW office to claim your item.
